We follow the recommended immunization schedule from birth  until the child is 18+.

The list of immunizations we offer are all those recommended by the CDC immunization schedule. 

Hepatitis  B (Birth, 1mo to 2mos, 6mos to 18mos)  

Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (DTaP) (2mos, 4mos, 6mos, 15mos to 18mos and 4 to 6 years) 

Haemophilus influenzae (Hib) (2mos, 4mos, 6mos, 12mos to 15mos) or (2mos, 4mos and 12mos to 15mos)

Polio (IPV)  (2mos, 4mos, 6mos to 18mos and 4 to 6 years)

PCV13 (2mos, 4mos, 6mos, 12mos to 15mos)

Rotavirus (2mos and 4mos) or (2mos, 4mos and 6mos)

Hep A (12mos and 18mos)

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) (12mos to 15mos and 4 to 6 years)

Varicella (12mos to 15mos and 4 to 6 years)

Human papillomavirus (HPV) (See CDC site for details)

Meningococcal (11 to 12 years and 16 years)

Influenza (FLU) (once or twice a year)
