Do you offer telemedicine visits?
Yes. Telemedicine is available for all appointment types.
How do you keep the clinic clean and safe?
We follow strict infection-control procedures, including sanitizing exam rooms after every patient, using medical-grade disinfectants, and maintaining separate sick and well-child waiting areas when possible.
Do you evaluate for ADHD, autism, or developmental delays?
Yes. We provide screenings and initial evaluations for behavioral and developmental concerns. If specialized testing is needed, we will guide you to trusted referral partners.
How will I receive my child’s lab or test results?
We will email you with the results or discuss them during a follow-up visit. Some results are available the same day (such as rapid tests).
How do I know if my child needs urgent care vs. emergency care?
Urgent care (same-day clinic visit) examples: Ear pain, Mild fever, Sore throat, Vomiting or diarrhea without dehydration,Rashes, Minor injuries
Emergency room examples: Difficulty breathing, Severe dehydration, High fever in infants < 3 months, Seizure, Major injury or accident, Severe allergic reaction, Unresponsiveness

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA cards.
What if my pharmacy says they didn’t receive the prescription?
Contact us and we will resend it. Sometimes pharmacies experience delays or system errors, we’re happy to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule by giving us a call or emailing us.
What if I don’t hear back about my child’s results?
Call our office. Occasionally, results are delayed by the lab — we’re happy to update you.
What if my insurance changes?
Please inform us as soon as possible. We will update your child’s file and verify eligibility before the next visit to avoid claim issues.
