Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, in office we speak Spanish, French and Arabic.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
1055 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10460—, we are right under the train station.
How long do you take to provide forms?
All forms have a standard of 24-48 hours for simple forms and 5 days for more complex. For special request, please contact the front desk.
Is adolescent care confidential?
Yes. Teens receive age-appropriate, confidential care within New York guidelines.
What ages do you see?
Newborns through age 18 for primary care, checkups, sick visits, vaccines, and school/sports forms and more.
What are the requirements to apply faor a medical rotation?
School affiliation or observer agreement, immunizations/TB, background check, HIPAA training, and liability coverage.
How do I apply and when should I request a slot for medical rotations?
Submit an inquiry via our website or call the clinic. Applying 4–8 weeks in advance helps secure your preferred dates.
Do you accept rotations for PAs, NPs, medical students, and IMGs?
Will joining a study affect my regular care?
No. Study care is coordinated with your usual provider, and you can withdraw at any time.
Do you run clinical trials?
Yes. We screen for eligibility, review informed consent, and provide study visits and safety monitoring. Study care is at no-cost; studies offer compensation.
How can I find out which studies are open?
Call our clinic or use the contact form on our website and ask for the Research team.
How do I transfer records to Vermenton Pediatrics?
Do you provide lab work?
We offer common in-office tests (e.g., rapid flu/strep) and partner with certified labs and imaging centers for everything else.
How do we schedule the mobile clinic?
Contact us with your location, preferred dates, estimated headcount, and needed services. Booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead is best.
What services can your mobile clinic provide on-site?
Vaccines, school/sports physicals, screenings, and basic labs for schools, daycares, workplaces, and community events.
What should I bring for the I-693 exam?
Photo ID, immunization records, medication list, and any prior TB/chest X-ray results. We’ll provide vaccines if needed.
Do you perform Immigration (USCIS I-693) exams?
Yes—by a civil surgeon. Visit includes exam, TB screening, required labs, vaccine review/updates, and a sealed I-693 packet.
How long until my sealed I-693 is ready?
Most packets are ready a few business days after lab results return. We’ll confirm your timeline at the visit.
