Our Vision
At Vermenton Health, our vision is to set a new standard for what quality care truly means in healthcare, where compassion meets innovation, and every family receives not just treatment, but answers, support, and solutions.
We are building the future of medicine—starting with pediatrics and expanding into fully integrated, one-stop medical centers that serve individuals and families at every stage of life. Our goal is to lead the preventative care movement in New York City and, ultimately, become a national model for accessible, relationship-driven, high-impact primary care.
By putting people first and never compromising on excellence, we aim to transform healthcare from a system that reacts to problems into one that prevents them, empowers communities, and sets every patient on a path toward lifelong wellness.
Our Key Community Outreach Initiatives
Our community programs are the heart of Vermenton Pediatrics community programs, structured around five key areas, each addressing specific needs within the Bronx community.
Healthcare and Wellness Fairs: Free Access to Essential Care
We understand that accessing basic health screenings can be a challenge for many families. Our Free health fairs Bronx and Wellness events are cornerstones of our community effort. To ensure the highest standards of care, we often reference guidelines published by organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding immunization schedules and preventive screenings.
What We Offer at the Fairs:
Preventive Screenings:
We provide complimentary vital checks, including vision screenings and free dental assessments for children.
Expert Consultations:
Families can receive one-on-one consultations with our licensed pediatricians, nutritionists, and allied health professionals on topics ranging from proper nutrition to managing chronic conditions.
Educational Resources:
We distribute detailed materials on immunization schedules, healthy eating habits, and mental health awareness. For more comprehensive information on services available, please visit our main Services Page.
Toy and Food Drives: Solidarity Across the Bronx
The holiday season should be a time of wonder for every child. Our annual Bronx toy and food drives focus on brightening the lives of children and families facing economic hardship.
Toy Drives:
We work closely with trusted local non-profits to ensure every donated gift makes a direct, meaningful impact on a child’s holiday.
Food Drives:
Food insecurity is a serious issue. Our food drives aim to alleviate this burden. All collected items are distributed through established food banks and community pantries. We collaborate closely with the NYC Food Bank to ensure efficient distribution across the borough.
